CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellation up to 35 days before arrival is free of charge.

Cancellation of the reservation up to 20 days before the arrival date will result in a penalty of 50% of the services booked.

The cancellation of the reservation from 19 days to 10 from the date of arrival involves a penalty of 80% of the booked services.

Cancellation within or after 9 days of arrival will result in a charge of the total booking.

In case of early departure, cancellation fees equal to 80% of the amount paid will be charged for days booked and not enjoyed.

A deposit of 30% must be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer. The remaining amount will be paid directly at the property. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by bank transfer.
