The Val di Sole is the largest ski area in western Trentino, thanks to the ski area of Folgarida Marilleva (linked skis with Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo), Passo Tonale and Peio.
Its geographical location and the presence of the highest mountains of the Central and Eastern Alps (Ortler, Adamello-Presanella and Brenta Dolomites) ensure heavy snowfall and, if the snowfall were not enough, the snow-making facilities ensure the presence snow on 95% of the slopes. A true paradise, so, for skiers and snowboarders, who have the opportunity to ski up to 3000 meters.
For those who practice skiing or snowboarding, Val di Sole offers several services: ski schools efficient, equipped snow park, rental of advanced equipment and transport which allow easy access to the ski lifts.
